These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sunset Bytes' websites, games, and apps — including Flirtique and AniGirl Idle RPG (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age required by the platform you use the Services on, and at least 13 years old (or 16 where required). If you’re under the age of majority in your region, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens on your account. Please tell us if you suspect unauthorised use at hello@sunsetbytes.com.
3. Acceptable use
- Don’t cheat, exploit bugs maliciously, or use unauthorised third-party tools.
- Don’t harass other players or post hateful, harmful, or unlawful content.
- Don’t reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
- Don’t buy, sell, or trade accounts or in-game items outside official channels.
4. Purchases & virtual goods
In-app purchases are processed by the platform you bought them on (Apple, Google, Stripe, etc.) and are governed by that platform’s terms. Virtual goods have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, and are licensed to you for use within the relevant Service.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including code, art, audio, and trademarks (such as Sunset Bytes, Flirtique, and AniGirl Idle RPG) are owned by Sunset Bytes or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
6. User content
If a Service lets you submit content (a name, a guild banner, a piece of feedback), you keep ownership of it but grant Sunset Bytes a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for operating and promoting the Services. Don’t submit content you don’t have the rights to.
7. Service availability & changes
We may add, remove, or change features. We’ll give reasonable notice for material changes where we can. We may also suspend or end the Services if we have to — including, sometimes, with regret.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunset Bytes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations — in that case, the limits apply to the greatest extent permitted.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Sunset Bytes is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by courts of competent jurisdiction there, unless mandatory consumer law in your region says otherwise.
