Playing
What are the controls?
- Drag left or right to move. Tap to rotate.
- Hold DROP (or drag down) to fall faster. Flick down to slam a piece into place.
- Swipe up, or tap the HOLD box, to hold a piece for later.
- With a keyboard: arrow keys move, ↑ or X rotates, hold ↓ to drop faster, Space slams, C holds, and P or Esc pauses.
How do the rule changes work?
The countdown at the top shows how many moves remain until the board changes, and the next three changes in order. In the final three moves, outlines on the board preview exactly where your blocks will land. Clear lines within two moves of a change for ADAPT ×2 points.
How do I unlock TWIST, BOND and CHAOS?
Score high enough in the previous rule set (the target is shown on each locked card), or unlock it early with Bytes in the Shop. You can also try a locked rule set once by watching an optional ad.
Purchases
How do I restore Remove Ads or the Starter Pack?
Open the Shop (orange storefront button on the home screen), go to the Bytes tab, and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
I reinstalled the app and lost my Bytes and power-ups
Bytes, power-ups and progress are saved on your device only, so they’re removed when the app is deleted. One-time purchases (Remove Ads and the Starter Pack) can always be restored as above. If a Byte pack you paid for didn’t arrive, email us with your order or receipt number and we’ll help.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested through them:
- iPhone and iPad: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Google Play refund help
Ads & privacy
How do I remove ads?
Buy Remove Ads once in the Shop to turn off banner and between-game ads for good. Optional reward ads (like doubling your Bytes) stay available if you want them.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
Open Settings (gear icon on the home screen) and tap Ad privacy choices (shown where it applies, e.g. the EEA and UK). On iOS you can also change tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How do I delete my data?
Wrapstack has no accounts and we don’t store your data on our servers. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it saved. For advertising data held by Google, see our Wrapstack Privacy Policy.
